Part 4 (final): beefing up the speaking thermometer

In this final part of the series we combine the information from instalments 2 and 3 to create a system which provides much larger memory capability and therefore increased flexibility, potential for larger spoken messages, and, as we shall see, the option for multi-language support and a (much) larger vocabulary.
