Suraj, message is not clear. please try to elaborate.. what exactly you want
in fact the SDR schematic by burkhard kainka has been wonderfully accepted allover and EE has been still permitting free download of the entire lot around it. What cores you needed, if i get you right?

Dear Sir,
By cores I was referring to some kind of Hardware description Language (HDL) implementation of the DRM receiver so that it can be downloaded on a reconfigurable platform like FPGA and tested.

Further I also wanted to know if there is any open source implementration of DRM transmitters as the DRM signal strength (of DW from Trincomalee, Srilanka) is poor here in Bangalore.
I would be grateful if you can help me on this.

Thanks Mr. Sarma,

Hai Suraj,
You might be aware of an educative practical series of software defined radio for masses-- a four part serial published in ARRL magazineMagazine

This gives you a very good info base. please google, download and study them. Perhaps we have to search for Core models of these designs.

Apart from SDR , there are normal dual conversion receiver designs using DDS as first LO

Sarma
