These numbers look like the item order codes listed in the Readers Services pages. The -11 suffix, in particular, suggests a software disk.
My curiosity aroused I decided to do a search.
Unfortunately, I don't have one of the Item Tracer disks which were available some years ago but a quick thumb through of the Readers Services pages of Elektor issues for 2001/2002/2003 soon found the numbers listed.
030313-11 Disk,project software P87LPC76X programmer (2003 Dec issue)
012018-11 Disk, project software Multistandard Infrared Receiver (2002 April issue)
010029-11 Disk,source code Infrared Code Analyzer (2001 Oct issue)
020085-1 PCB SAA3049 replacement ( IR receiver IC -2003 March issue)
It would appear ATCONS was into infrared remote control projects at the time. Maybe he will be back one day to give us a more detailed report.
