Why there is a 166kHz frequency on RA1, RA2 (IC2) output instead of 100 kHz as it was written in article?

The difference is due to programming of the control PIC. Although 166 kHz insted of 100 kHz will not seriously affect the absolute ESR value readings, in some cases it does complicate the calibration process as described.
A new version of the firmware (which also corrects other minor flaws of the instrument) is expected shortly.

But, no Update by PIC 16F84 Frecuency generator? for stabilyser Frecuency at 200Khz?
